Roasted Nibs
After fermenting, cacao beans are roasted, broken into pieces, and separated from the husk. You are left with these nibs, which can then be finely ground into ‘chocolate liquor’, a thick liquid we further combine with organic sugar and cacao butter to create our signature 72% chocolate.
