		<description>Breaking ampoules requires the score mark on the glass to be put in tension. This means it must face away from you as the ampoule is bent back. As the directions point out the score is right under the blue dot. It&#039;s a little hard to understand at first but once you know how to do it you can open ampoules every time cleanly without loosing the contents. I guess part of the fun is not just the beauty of the packaging but in the perceived danger of cracking the top off. With a towel as per the instructions the only real danger is spilling the contents.
