Our Chocolate

Cacao Prieto produces bean-to-bar chocolate made fresh daily from the finest single origin Dominican cacao from our family farm and organic Dominican sugar cane. The result is a revelation — melding the lingering complexity of the finest burgundy with the lush textures and deep satisfaction which define the world's great chocolates.
